Future Plans
The company has installed a state-of-the art Induction Bender in its new facilities. This allows us to offer induction bending up to 36" Ø in-house, which opens up a whole new market for our services.
In March of 2006 we established Foamcoat Protection, a new division of Benpro Technologies Corp., to coat and insulate our pipe bends in-house. We have begun construction of a new building on our present site to house Foamcoat Protection as well as a sandblasting shop. We expect the building to be completed Q1 2008.
Through its two operating divisions Triple D Bending and Foamcoat Protection, Benpro is poised for steady growth in our traditional bending business as well as increased demand for our coating & insulating services both in-house and in the field.
Benpro continues to investigate potential niche markets and other value-added services. Management also intends to grow the company through strategic alliances and acquisitions that provide complimentary products and services or offer these products and services in other market areas.
